We kindly ask that cancellations and appointment changes be made by 5:00pm the day prior to your scheduled service to avoid penalties. Any appointments made or changed after 5:00pm the day prior will incur a 50% cancellation fee. In cases of severe weather, penalties for canceling or changing outdoor activities will not be imposed.
Bicycles & Merchandise
If you are not fully satisfied for any reason, you may return the item for a full refund within 7 days (or less than 100 miles for bikes) of purchase.
All returns/exchanges must be brand new and accompanied with all of the original packaging, paperwork, and receipt. Bicycles must be in showroom condition. Return policy is voided if any modifications or alterations have been made to the bike.
Exceptions: Special order items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Service/Labor fees are non-refundable.
All our bikes come with a warranty.
We are sorry your product is defective. We are happy to handle your warranty for products purchased. Please be aware process time may vary depending on the manufacturer or vendor.

Fully vaccinated individuals can opt out of wearing masks as they feel comfortable. People are considered fully vaccinated for COVID-19 two weeks after they have received the second dose in a series of the Pfizer or Moderna vaccine, or 2 weeks after they have received a single-dose of the Johnson and Johnson vaccine. Unvaccinated people are required to wear face coverings over nose and mouth when they are inside the common spaces of the hostel and the adventure center. While in a bed/private room or outside where social distancing allows, masks can be removed.
We encourage staff and guests to social distance and sanitize frequently.
Yes! Our event space includes outdoor options with tents, chairs, dock and firepit and the internal space includes the full hostel, kitchen, and livingroom space. Please inquire with the manager or an associate for more information on how to book.
We offer limited work-for-stay options. Speak to a manager for more information.
21 and up may consume alcohol within reason on our property. Please be respectful to others and remain within your own faculties. End consumption at midnight.
Use of shower facilities, charging ports for electronics, laundry, etc. is $15. If individuals are just hanging out, there is no extra cost. For using our amenities it is a flat rate.
Slackpacking is a term where hikers have a shuttle drop them off at a trail location without a car or heavy equipment/backpack and they hike a day hike without the burden of weight to the end of a trailhead and have a shuttle ready for pick-up.
No. Any persons can rent or shuttle to hiking locations through our services.
Slackpacking is priced per hiker.
We offer 4 slackpacking locations at $30 for one person. More than 2 people will incur a $0.50/mile charge each way per person. For slackpacking requests outside of this, please inquire with the manager or an associate for pricing and availability.
Uber is fairly limited in this area. Advance Transit is a free bus service that runs throughout the Upper Valley on weekdays.
It’s important for us to keep to the schedule set for all guests; we offer 4 free shuttles per day, and bike rentals available for your use. Speak to the manager or an associate if you would like any shuttle services outside of these options.
State regulations declare that we cannot host more people than there are beds.
